With the permission of the Society of American Archivists, the 1985 SAA manual Archives and Manuscripts: Law, which I wrote with my husband Gary, is now scanned and posted on my website http://www.trudypeterson.com under “Publications.” The manual includes a model deed of gift and a model deposit agreement, a model general restriction statement, a sample loan agreement, and more. While the examples in the text are now out of date, the basic information is not. Gary and I hope you will find this online version useful.
